Gala dinner for the opening of the exhibition “The Saint Anne, Leonardo Da Vinci’s ultimate masterpiece”

60 elite people were invited at the Italian dinner at the baroque setting of Café Mollien Louvre. Salvatore Ferragamo celebrated the opening of the exhibition “The Saint Anne, Leonardo Da Vinci’s ultimate masterpiece” in the Louvre Museum in Paris, which Salvatore Ferragamo is the sole sponsor.

The special evening took place on Tuesday, March 27 and began with an exclusive preview of the exhibition, where guests had the opportunity to admire the masterpiece of Da Vinci, which has been restored under the guidance of curator of the exhibition Vincent Delieuvin special and Italian Cinzia Pasqualli, and continued with a private tour of the museum.

President of the Louvre, Henri Loyrette, accompanied the Ferragamo family and a limited number of celebrities and VIPs to admire the masterpiece in the wing Denon.
Praising the Italian genius of Da Vinci in the Parisian temple of art, the house Ferragamo decided to create an event surrounded by an entirely Italian context: floral arrangements of roses, peonies, anemones and tulips in shades of red imported directly from Italy, such as many of  typical products of Tuscany were the ingredients of the meal. Apart from family members Ferragamo, several distinguished guests were attending, among them: Hilary Swank, Carole Bouquet, Virginie Ledoyen, Elisa Sednaoui and Dolores Chaplin.
