Greece’s famous designer, Vassilis Zoulias, will hold its first fashion show in “Big Apple”, Thursday, February 9, 2012. The collection is demi couture, for the period autumn / winter 12 and entitled «New Look New York».
Under Xporting Greek Fashion Globally, the Athens Xclusive Designers Week enables designers to Greeks present their work in major fashion catwalks abroad. In 2012 a very important collaboration began with Nolcha Fashion Week New York, including to the Demonstration Programme of the eminent representative of the Greek Fashion Vassili Zoulia. Respectively AXDW will welcome in March to the fashion show by designer Danilo Gabrieli New York.
To Nolcha Fashion Week is an award winning event for independent fashion designers to present their collections to a global audience consisting of press, retailers, stylists and industry influencers. During the last five years Nolcha Fashion Week has established itself as a platform for discovering and promoting innovative fashion designers through exhibition and runway shows during Fashion Week in New York. The organization formally was included along with that of Mercedes Benz, as the two fashion weeks recognized by the organization «New York City Economic Development Corporation».
